When, the man called me; he said he had the wrong number and was about to hang up but I recognized his voice and told him I made an appointment with him today.The man said he'd be here in a few minutes and he is over an hour late; I give up. He called back once and then after an hour I had to call him like 7 times before he answerd and then he left a message saying he was around the corner but when I went outside there was no one there. I tried calling him back again but he never answered his phone.
