The owner, Mike is a saint. In today's snowstorm, I got stuck on the street. I called AAA, but they refused to come help because it was a state of emergency. He saw me and he sent one of his guys to help me and since Hi-Tech does business with AAA he was able to take down my info and send the bill through AAA even though they wouldn't send someone out on their own. While I was waiting, him and his wife welcomed me in and offered me a beverage. They saved me that day, thank you so much! Seriously just good people. If I ever need auto repairs, I will call hi tech.

Great place!! Ran very well, the owner is a great guy. All the employees are personable and don't beat around the bush. They tell you what needs to be done for your car.

The guys here are great! I can honestly say the first few times I brought my vehicles here I thought I was getting some good treatment. However, EVERY TIME I go here, they are slower than they say they will (if they say 1 day, it takes 2 or sometimes more) and they usually forget to call about work being done when they are finished. There have been many times they had my vehicle for 1 week and I have to call them 3-4 times during the week to make sure they will have it done.
Then there is the brake line incident... they told me my brake lines were not too bad but would need to be replaced soon. I showed some concern (had some long trips to take) but they said not to worry about it. Well one week later the main brake line busted (good thing I was in my driveway)... So I took it back to them and they said they would fix by the end of the day. When I showed up to pick up my truck, they told me they only fixed some of the lines because they didn't all need to be replaced. Well needless to say, my rear brake line just busted and all I can say is I WILL be going somewhere else from now on sad to say.
I also took my truck to another shop back home and they looked at it for something else, and they couldn't believe a couple of the things they saw that were done at Hi-Tech.
Good shop overall, but I think they are a bit sloppy at times.

Went there had 3 flats on my car and was referred to Dan Paglinco at Hi-Tech. He was young(28), funny, smart , and gave me a reasonable price for my wheels. Even through in the last wheel for free! He's the guy you NEED to work in your car!

They have a huge scam going on at the mountain view crossing apartments in Wayne, New Jersey. The tenants that live in the apartments are authorized to park in the garage. The signs in the garage clearly state illegally parked vehicles only will be towed. Even though tenants are authorized to park in the garage they are towing or booting their cars. When the tenant calls them in the morning after having their car booted they will only come if the victim will pay them 125.00 cash! They want cash because they do not want any evidence of their scam! Even once they find out they booted a car that was legally parked, they will only come out to the site for 125.00 cash! Or they will leave your car with a boot all day until you break down and pay them the 125.00 cash! They will tell the customer they took pictures of all their windows and they saw no parking tag! The problem is that they will photo shop the tag out in order to obligate the customer to pay them the 125.00 scam fee! Tenants don't let them get away with it anymore. We are starting a class action law suit and currently gathering every tenant past and present that was or is a lease tenant with rights to park in the garage, and scammed to pay the 125.00 or else? They have gotten away with it for so long that they will tell you on the phone! All we want is your cash! You add it up they average 10 cars per night! People have to work in the morning and have no time to litigate! Until now! Check mate! Scam is over! IRS will be asking why are they demanding cash to set free legally parked cars in a private garage?
