Unresponsive and incompetent.
We have three washers and two dryers in the basement of our building that are "managed" by this outfit. The machines were well used because it's incredibly convenient to have laundry in one's basement. But with everyone putting fist-fulls of quarters in the machines, eventually the coin reservoir fills up and the machines don't accept any more money (and won't turn on). Despite numerous calls and requests for service, this situation persists for weeks. Not days, weeks.
Now, if you were in the business of leasing washers and dryers and got to take all the money that people put in them, wouldn't you occasionally go around and collect all that money? Of course not! You would only do this if you were a rational and industrious human being. Instead, being preternaturally lazy, you ignore your machines, inconveniencing your customs and generating reviews like this one as well as emails to building owners and superintendents everywhere. Good luck staying in business.
If you own or manage a building in NYC, don't use this lot unless you want a building full of angry tenants carting around lots of dirty laundry.
