Didn't completely removed my nail polish with remover, instead she filed it off. I asked to have my nails cut and filed, she only did a quick file. She used the cuticle cutter to clean under my nails! Very hurried , worst pedicure ever. My first time there, and my last.

Horrible! I have been trying to find a new nail salon that takes appointments. My current salon did walk-ins only, can't wait for 2 hours to get my nails done...figured I would try this salon as they
take appointments and are on my way home. Well convenient is all they are. I had a French pedicure, she hardly took the dry skin off and she filed my toenails crooked, not very attractive in sandals! Then I had pink and white gels. She used a full bed tip, clear tip, which only led to lifting as it does not conform to your natural nail. The gel was put on way too thick, I tried telling her but she said it would be ok - not! Within a week my nails were lifting two different ways - the tip was lifting from my nail and the gel was separating from the tip! I called and complained, they did offer to fix, but I'm going to just move on to the next place. Not worth it, should have done it right the first time.

This place is lame. Its cruddy inside, and they did a terrible job on my acrylic tips and it took forrrevverrrr. At first, i thought they were good and looked fine, but that night one had already cracked. The next day 2 more cracked and on snapped completely off! By the third day 3 had come of and all were cracked! I it was just thru normal wear! I called and they told me they would not refund me and that the owner would get in touch with me. yeah right. So i went in and after totally ignoring me and and my husbands requests for a refund they said we could talk to the owner...next week! She finally stormed over to the register and slammed my money back on the counter. Terrible experience, dont go here for tips...

HORRIBLE. A friend recommended this place to me so I figured I'd give their UV Gel set a try. BAD IDEA! This woman moved at a snails pace. It took her 2 1/2 hours to do my nails. She caked on the clear top gel so thick my nails barely look natural. The next day most of my nails were noticeably lifting. Definitely not worth the money!!
