We have known Norm for many years. He has done numerous jobs for us, both big and small. He has always been very professional, honest and reliable in every instance. He and his crew are always on time and finish a project when expected, sometimes even earlier. As a homeowner for over 35 years, I have been through many remodeling projects which have been mostly positive. However, when I needed to put in a new bathroom in my basement this season I asked my plumber for a recommendation and that is how I met Norm and his professional staff. Norm and his team are tops in my experience. From start to finish, Norm always kept in touch and returned phone calls promptly. His staff is not only highly skilled but also pleasant and hard working. They stayed with the job through it's completion and finished in the time frame that was promised. I really appreciated how they kept everything clean and protected and when they left each day everything was orderly and tidy. I highly recommend this company without any reservations. It was a pleasure to work with them and to see the beautiful transformation they made in my downstairs living area.

We had never done anything remotely like this - all our projects were DIY. Norm made the whole experience terrific! He had really good suggestions, showed up when he said, left it as clean as possible when adding a new room, and finished within a week of our original date! All that and really nice to work with.
