This place sucks bad service crappie cars. Go to enterprise much better service better prices service.

Just a heads up. Do not rent from this locationThe staff is lazy, disinterested and nobody really cares about what they're doing. Ideally, don't even rent from Hertz but opt for a local privately owned business instead. If you must use Hertz it's better to just go to Newark airport and rent from that location. Here's what happened :

My car didn't start the morning after I rented it. When I called them they sent some young kid over to check it out. Clearly not part of the procedure that Hertz corporate dictates but whatever. He couldn't get the car started and actually inadvertently killed the battery while messing around with it. I called the manager and they told me to call roadside assistance effectively wasting an hour of my time. I called Hertz and got $100 gift certificate which softened things. I also returned the vehicle and got a full credit. Hope this review helps.

The costumer service was suck. OMG, I cannot believe what just happened. Never again.

Although I'm in employee with Hertz this was my first time renting from this location and the gentleman whom helped me out was very helpful to me he took his time and compared different vehicle prices for me and I look forward to renting from this location again. They just need a better variety of cars other then that I was satisfied
