Had the car for three weeks and loved it. They picked me up in front of my house and they wanted to drop me off. Prices are better than Enterprise Rental. Highly recommend them.

very helpful staff, I have had many experiences with this branch. The prices are better than Enterprise Rental on Bay street. You also have a better selection of cars.

Very courteous staff. I take advantage of the pick up and drop off service and it's super convenient. Cars have always been in good shape. I rent from this location regularly.

RIP OFF and I WICH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!! or NEGATIVE STARS!!!!
I booked a car on CarRentals for 2 days and I had the confirmation number and when I reached the Hertz branch the agent refused to give me the car for the price I booked it for.
The Agent wants me to pay DOUBLE and was rushing me to the door saying he is closing.
I am going to Entreprise even for double the price but NEVER HERTZ.
