The vehicle that we rented was available at the appointed time; the staff were courteous; the return at the express drop-off location on a Sunday was very convenient. Overall, a positive experience.

Per their website for this location "Pick up service available 1 hour after location opening and up to 1 hour prior to location closing." I dropped off the car at 4:40pm (1 hour and 20 mintues till closing) And had the intention of walking the 10 blocks home but is was pouring rain and I didn't have an umberella. I asked for a drop off knowing that I read that on the website and I was told to get an Uber. I will look to rent elsewhere next time. Since I have been denied a service that is supposedly with in their means.

I loved the customer service I received from Christian. He is very knowledgeable and always eager to assist me with any of my concerns. I defenetly recommend asking for him the next time you make a reservation with hertz.

The people who work there are the rudest low life scumbags I have ever met. Condescending miserable people. Do not rent from them.

PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO to this place if your are thinking about renting a car, instead go to teaneck, paramus or fair lawn!! those people are so unprofessional !! rood, i which i could give them a -10 here!! they need training so bad!!
