Picked up at E76th in NYC and dropped off at JFK - both experiences were excellent. A special shout out to Deseree at E76th - courteous, helpful, efficient person. Loved the clean, new car - a Hyundai Elantra.

For the last half year, up to the two most recent rentals, I found this office well-run, courteous and efficient. I still find most of the staff very courteous. But I have been disappointed in the last two rentals that the staff has not bothered to arrange for the quick "Gold" service that has the car already reserved, on the floor ready to go; instead I have had to wait while the car was chosen and brought down to the street floor. I only hope this comment will cause the staff to return to its prior excellent service.
