They are actually very nice and helpful ... but beware the hidden fuel charge. It turns out that, even if you bring the car back full, they automatically put a $14 fuel charge on your bill if you have driven less than 75 miles! The good news is that you can call or email Hertz and they take the charge off, but still ...

No problems whatsoever. Smooth sailing. I was bumped upstairs to a SUV since no mid-size cars were available. All good!

Lousy! The car beeped continously and after 250 miles told us the oil pressure was low and started to die/stall. Between the end of the Turnpike and the city it stalled 15 times - UNACCEPTABLE . When we returned the car it stalled at the entrance. The agents flippantly told us to restart - we told them what had been happening and that the car was dangerous and they smirked and ignored us. Again unacceptable. This location is the worst.

I last rented a Town and Country wagon from here, manager took the time to ensure the seats were all down as I had to transport a lot of boxes during the rental.
