This company allowed me to pay for a car rental via Internet with a debit card, but when I come to collect the car they made me cancel the debit card payment (I will only receive the refund within 3 weeks) and made me pay the same value with a credit card, even though I had already paid for that.
Besides that, they had promised me that I could cancel the credit card payment and pay with cash or debit card when I returned the car, but when I got there to return the car they said I was not allowed to change the payment for the car anymore.
Just to make things clear, I am talking about the payment of the car, not about the security deposit.
