Awful!
They charged me for a fuel service fee when I dropped off the car with a full tank of gas. They didn't even ask about it when I dropped off the car. I only found out when they emailed me the receipt. Then, they told me that I need to show them a receipt that I actually filled up the car with gas. The gas gauge says full. What do they want? I am switching to another rental car company. This is just such a petty thing but is a huge pain in the neck.

Meh it is a car rental place, nothing positive or negative to say. Although this is one of the smaller Hertz rental places in Manhattan not that, that matters.

Car had 55000 miles, didn't drive well at all, damaged from the outside. Had the car for 2 days, after one day I went to the Hertz office to share my experience. The 2 lady's didn't show any interest and said I should have told them when I picked up the car. They let me take of with the same car (full size).
This is not the quality I expect from Hertz, strongly recommend people to look for another car rental in the area.

The car had broken windshield wipers. And they charged me an extra $110 for returning it 1.5 hours late. There are much better, cheaper places nearby.
