no problem getting or returning the car, and no problem with the car! The only thing is I ordered a standard size car and they gave me a compact. Other than that no complaints!

I rented a Hertz 24/7 car in a nearby location. I realized my car had a flat tire after leaving the garage. I drove past the NYC Morris Street Hertz location while looking for a good place to fix the tire. I stopped there looking for help. The staff put me back on the road in no time and they din't accept my offer to tip them. I call this great service.
