Unhelpful. Worst service. The woman here was extremely rude, and embarrassed me in front of all the customers for looking for my reservation in the gold area. What an embarrassment to hertz to have such employees.

Rented a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu the car was spotless clean and in perfect condition. I was serviced by the branch manager and her costumer service was great! I was in and out in minutes. Will definitely rent again and recommend this location.

Being a Hertz Gold member I was surprised when I went to pick up my car to be told that it had to be retrieved from a parking space on the street which added about 10 minutes to the wait time. Additionally it was frustrating to realize after picking up the car that it was not equipped with an EZ Pass since it is not offered as an option on the website and no one at the service counter explained to me that I needed to ask specifically for an EZ Pass until after I was on the road. It had been my understanding that all rental cars have an EZ Pass given the number of bridges and tunnels in and around NYC.
