The car was clean and the owner was pleasant and helpful. I had made a reservation for pick-up through the website while making the reservation for the car, but the website didn't mention I needed to contact the location to confirm that they received my request and pick up location information. The location didn't know I had requested it. When I called, the owner did his best to rectify the situation. I used the ez-pass in the car to go through one $1.50 toll and was charged the $4.95/a day service fee, which on a 6 day rental turned my $1.50 toll into a $26 toll!! Ridiculous!!!
