I enjoy the Hertz people at Lynbrook! when I go there there are smiles for me and professional staff treating me in a professional way but with friendliness that never stops!

Zero for me. Very unprofessional. They find it funny when I ask for my money back in your account and that they should charge me for insurance for a week when I only wanted it for a day, as I was told by the dealership. They were very rude even to the person from the main office. Spoke with manager "B...." very nasty person. Guess he would have been nicer if it I were a man.
