- Terrible #197541

not happy, donated our car on May 16, 2016. Told I would get $500 tax donation and $300 worth of restaurant vouchers. Well the restaurant "voucher" was a letter to pay $29.95 for a Diner membership for a year to receive coupons each month. So pay to get coupons....really? Today July 15, 2016, I have yet to receive my $500 tax donation paperwork. I have called talked to them 4 times, each time I was assured that it would be in the mail that day. NOPE! So I signed my car over to them the sold it and pocketed the $$$$. I could have sold my car for cash but wanted to do something good, that will teach me. so disappointed :(
