The experience started out great, Chris answered the phone many times, helped with selection and seemed to be on the ball. When we ordered product, that's when everything went wrong. Ordered on Dec 3, they charged my card for $933. Then placed another order for another $503 on Dec 11th. Never sent a tracking number for either order. We waited 5 days (2-3 days for shipments from Bayonne to us), nothing. Called, no answer. Left messages, no response, emailed, same thing. Waited 2 weeks, continued calling...nothing. Finally a portion of our shipment showed. But it was like they broke the Kerdi shower "kit" into pieces and were sending pieces at a time. CALLED again, nothing. Thought maybe on vacation. Waited after Christmas...called again, emailed. Nothing. Jan 5 th sent us an email claiming our parts were in the Greensboro, NC UPS distribution hub. Got another part of the kit, but not the complete order a week later. This time when we called, we used an employee's phone with different area code.....guess what?! He picked up! He blamed UPS, never said why he didn't answer or respond. We refused the shipment when it finally arrived and sent back some of the pieces we didn't use. Disputed with our CC company that we never received our complete order, and now he says that he never received the products back or the refused shipment. Since we don't have a tracking number (he never sent one, even though it states clearly on his site that he does) we are out $700.00 Chris sounds great over the phone, but does not have his act together....I don't recommend them for anything
