Worst experience ever. Telly is rude and does not do a good job understanding what he is being told. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. STAY AWAY> STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I had a horrible experience with this florist. I ordered 5 bouquets, 8 bouttonieres, 2 corsages and a flower girl basket. I paid off the balance 10 days before my wedding, and I was asked the time I wanted the flowers to be delivered to my house. I said the latest 12:30pm, the man said he'll make it 12pm, and he wrote it down on his receipt and also on mine. The day of my wedding, I waited until 1:30pm for them before giving the florist a call. The guy who answered said the delivery guy was stuck in traffic, so I waited a little more. An hour later, my husband decides to call. The guy was still stuck in traffic in Brooklyn. I live in Queens. We were getting frustrated because we wanted to leave at 1:30 to take pictures. So we finally decided to leave at 3:30 to take pictures without my flowers. My husband called them again and told them to meet us at the location we were going to take pictures. They made it to the location at 4:30! The delivery guy said he was delivering the flowers of other customers before delivering mine. That was very irresponsible of them. They should have left EARLY to deliver my flowers on time. They knew my order was for a wedding and that I was in Queens. I was almost late to my ceremony because of their careless attitude. I would not recommend them. I got my centerpieces from Northern Blvd. Florist in Jackson Heights, Queens. I had a great experience with them. I didn't order my bouquets and other flowers from there because I had already made a deposit with Henry's. I only went with Henry's because I had found an ad from them in a local bridal magazine that had a package with everything I mentioned above for $400. I think if I had ordered everything separately at another florist, it would have come out to a similar cost. I made a mistake and learned from it.

Henry's florist did the flowers for my wedding in October. Peter's work was amazing! He listened to everything I said, took notes and even filed the pictures I had brought with me. He was able to get all the flowers I asked for without any difficulty. He made up a few mock centerpieces for me a few weeks before the wedding so we could make any final changes. He was on time the day of the wedding, set everything up at the event site so beautifully and without any hassling phone calls (I hated vendors who couldn't just execute and needed to talk to the bride 300x the day of!), and was just so nice to work with. The shop definitely has a "Brooklyn" vibe to it, and you should be detailed in they types of flowers you want because he can make anything happen but defaults to a generic look if you aren't detailed; his work is top-notch and spectacular when you collaborate fully with him. People thought I had spent MUCH more on the flowers than I did, and I was so pleased.
