Their merchandise for 2015 fall& winter lines are so hot.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I had spoken to customer service where I spoke with a lady to send me a catalog, then I waited 2 weeks and still hadn't received it. So I called back, and spoke with some man who answered and told him that I didn't receive it at my business address, so please just mail it to my home address. I called back the next day to make sure they would send me the catalog. The same lady was there, she said she got the note from the man and will send the catalog at my home address. It's been about 10 days again I had not received it so I called again, the same lady answered and said she would call me back in ten minutes. It's been about 3 days and I still never got the call. Called back, did not have anyone answer my call. I am beyond upset with the service I have received. I will be letting all of my friends know as well as my business associates to not be doing any business with this company since they don't seem to need the business with the way they treat their potential clientele. Save yourself the run around and go with a different company where you won't need to deal with such problems.
