I was a tenant at 196 Stanton Street for 3 years. The building is newly constructed an in very good physical condition. It withstood Hurricane Sandy without signs of leakage. The apartments are well
constructed and well appointed. There are nice fixtures and windows. The building has an electronic access system which is very convenient. The super and the handymen were very nice to deal with. The building is managed by the Helm Management company. I had a very good experience with them. They were always very professional. They treated me with consideration and fairness throughout my stay.
