Same here. They sign you up for trial as standard default when signing in to doctor. My husband non native English speaker and missed it. Disputing charge.

Won the credit card dispute.

On my Nov. CC statement I see this $69 charge in late Oct.for Hello Health, I called them to see what it was on Nov. 22nd, they told me that it was part of my Dr's group and they allow me to access appts and video via the web/app. My wife thought it was mandatory with our Dr. Hello health asked me if i would like them to remove it. I told them I would follow up with my Dr.s to verify if it was mandatory and call them back. I called them back in early Dec after returning from holidays and business trip after finding out it is NOT mandatory, HelloHealth now they says they will NOT take off the charge. Total losers. I disputed with my CC and will give my Dr's office a piece of my mind for tricking us into free revenue with ZERO patient benefit if not used.

Same as the others-unauthorized charge on my credit card from this company. Visited the doctor a couple months ago. They made me sign in on their pad, but then said it didn't work. Well, I guess it worked well enough for this company to steal my credit card info and charge me. I have had to contact the fraud division of my credit card company to dispute this charge.
The doctor's office will be hearing from me.

NOT too pleased to see a $69 charge from this company (NEVER HEARD ABOUT THIS COMPANY EVER!!!) end up on my bank statement until going on this website and see a previous review stating that a gentleman went to his doctor and paid his copay and then his card was charged $39 & then $69 from then Hello Health company!! Well THANK GOD I was able to catch my charge as it was still pending because there is NO WAY I am paying $69 for my doctor to have 2 IPAD's sitting in nice little stands at check-in and after typing in all my information...if i DONT attach a credit card i DONT get checked in!!! Looks like I will be changing doctors!! This is a SCAM!!!!

This review is just what happened to me. I charged my co pay for my Doctor for $20.00. I got my credit card statement. It had 2 additional charges on it for $39.00 and $69.00. I called hello health to find out what these charges are for. They told me it was for some type of portal, so I could email my doctor. I said I didn't want or authorize those charges. Hello Health told me I could not reverse those charges. I had to call my credit card company to dispute those charges which I did not want or authorize. Watch your credit card statement, if your doctor uses there services.
