I love the Helena - the staff is amazing! And our apartment is beautiful with the most amazing view! A bit expensive but it is manhattan so what should I expect really!! Other than that - I am in love ❤️

Do not rent apartment 3S. You will be directly over the sound system of the restaurant below. The restaurant turns into a club on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, when you can clearly hear the music and the crowd noises. We were not told about the sound system before we moved in. Also, be aware that the owner plans to construct a new building right next to the Helena and you will be living next to a construction site for years.

Front desk staff is great. Clean building with some great views. Bike room and easy access to west side trail.
