NO SERVICE on cellphone, staff are not friendly at residence hall, they are participate in living room, bad laundry, nerve, foods failure, bad schedules, hard mattress bed, furnitures too light easily breaking, interpreter alike Asian look meaning, walking a hall are quietly, and living are isolated. Shower when cold water became hot water.

Training building are good... Conference room AC are too cold, Living Independently and technology are excellent, Peggy was laughable so hard, staff are lately when I waited for 15 or 30 minutes and be patience, staff are chilling all times, and janitor speak rude.

Many usher syndrome and completely blind people are these. Ronald are good person in New York, but my friend good in Los Angeles.

I am recommending not back to HKNC for futures, sorry.

I had an incredible experience helping out a young man who was both deaf and blind. We hit it off right away and he never ceased to make me laugh and amuse me.
He loved coffee especially Starbush's so we want there every Friday at 2:30 on the button. I learned a great deal about love, strength and hope from my client. I would love to extend myself and find a job at The Institute in the future and should be handing in a resume soon,
