Loved it!!! Got my hightlights and hair cut!! Helen and her staff are the best. LOVED them all!!!

Most Horrible Experience ever!!!! the Owner is an atrocious and evil person!.. Read entirely before making any conclusions. Can't say I'm satisfied with the services, and you'll see why:
I went in with my 4 year old granddaughter to get our nails done in this full service salon. Yes, I'm aware of many nail places nearby, but my grandson goes to Judo class upstairs, right above the salon and I had a little less than an hour to do whatever I needed to. So, I've been parking in the parking lot for a year, while taking my grandson to Judo. The price given to me to do the nails was a little higher than I anticipated, and I didn't want to under-tip the lady, because I didn't have enough cash on me, so, I turned around and walked to my car to see if I have any more cash. When I saw i didn't have enough, I wanted to go to my bank and get more money. As I walked away from my car, the owner of the salon - Helen/Eleni, runs out screaming that I can't park there, threatening me that the car will get towed. And she wasn't warning me in a nice way, she was literally yelling at me to get out of the lot, or I'll have to pay for the tow. I was in a general spot, not in front of her salon or the liquor store(for which the liquor store owner pays extra for 2 spots in front of his store and is only one who calls the tow truck to get cars out of his spots and I AM FULLY AWARE OF THAT), and like I said, I've been parking there for a year and I know damn well where I can park and I told her so too. After she yelled at me, I decided to not go back to her and just went around the corner to a store to buy water for my granddaughter and enjoy beautiful weather out.
I came back 15 minutes later - my car was gone. I knew right away that it was HER who called the tow company to take my car.
Look at the way she did it, conspiring with the liquor store owner: she ran to him (next door) and got the tow number, called & complained, and when she saw me come back and freak out about my car, THEY WERE LAUGHING at me. That showed me right away that she's an evil witch. I mean, what decent person does this???!
I went to confront her, and even though she screamed a bloody murder denying that she called the tow company, they totally busted her by telling me that it was in fact HER . She HAD NO RIGHT to call them. She does NOT own ANY spots in the lot.
I had all my personal belongings in my car, and I was stranded with 2 grandchildren without a car (and their car-seats!). I had no choice but to have my daughter call police on her, because my property was taken from me - ILLEGALLY!
Fortunately, the tow company owner is not an @$$hole, and heard me out, checked the fact that my grandson goes to Judo class. He brought my car back, didn't charge me and told me to go tell the lady in the hair salon - to go f*k herself...
This lady caused so much unnecessary stress and aggravation to me and my family, I am ready to sue for the damages to my mental state.

SHAME ON HER and HER business that never has customers anyway, because of her horrible demeanor and attitude. Her prices are way too high. I recommend a new hair salon across the street. Much better people and prices are decent.

Karma will get you, Helen/Eleni. Be aware, I'm complaining to the BBB about you.

Helen is an amazing stylist. Her and her staff are wonderful. The salon is beautifully decorated and very welcoming.
She really takes her time to give each client exactly what they want. I have used Helen for my color, cut, and highlights for years. Simply the best in Queens.
I would recommend her to everyone who needs a change and wants to look great!

I love getting my hair done at Helen's salon. She always has the perfect recommendations and visions that perfectly fit for me and my hair. I've gotten my hair done here plenty of times. She always cuts it exactly the way I want it and she picks the perfect shade of color that fits exactly what I'm looking for. I even came of keratin treatment and it made my hair look radiant for months. Everyone always compliments my hair when I leave Helen's.

I got my hair cut from Helen and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE it!... I will highly recommend her. If you want to feel beautiful GO TO HELEN!!!! =)
