In Jan 2010, i went there as a new patient at 2:50pm my appt was for 3pm. There were people that were waiting before me and were all called but new people were showing up, the newer patients were being called ahead of me! At 3:30 (40 mins later) i asked the lady behind the desk that i had to leave, she persuaded me to stay because i was "Next" 10 mins after she said that they called 2 other people ahead of me. That was it. I left. So the point to this story,if you have alot of time to kill then go if you have the time but, if your in a rush and your a new patient then dont bother. The billing people behind the window were unprofessional arguing at each other about, "Who came in late!" I felt like they were just playing favorites because everyone that went ahead of me were all known on a first names basis.
