They were not the best, and they are not the worst.

very reliable ,I needed a dress same day and had it in a couple hours later , plus they tightened two buttons that were loose at no extra charge.They always have sales on the weekend too.I like it cause I can get there on a Sunday when they are open and most cleaners closed...

I took brand new pants in to be let out. I had a long conversation with whoever was working about letting them out, so there was no question about what I was requesting. Instead of letting the pants out, they hemmed them shorter. They are ruined and I cannot return them.

Ok neighborhood cleaners. They open early but close way too early. While they close earlier than we like, they do deliver and often on time.

Pros about them is that they offer free delivery and pickup and prices is not bad.

Cons: Terriable alternation services, not specialized in high-end dry cleaning, not as organized as they should be.

We there was another cleaners closer and that delivers, we would try someone else.

This place has ruined several of my girlfriend's sweaters. She brought a white cashmere sweater to get cleaned and it came back with black pills all over it (from what?) and a stain that wasn't there before. She brought a pair of dress pants that had bits of salt stains on them from walking around in the winter and they came back with even more salt stains than they had when she sent them in. She once had to send a sweater back THREE times before it was cleaned. If you're just getting a regular shirt cleaned, then I guess take a chance, but I wouldn't risk anything else. The owner may be lovely, but whoever does the dirtywork is incompetent. Stay away!
