Dr. Heifer is a great doctor and very nice. The front girl however is rude and nasty.
I will still continue to come to the office just hope the front desk girl gets trained on how to provide proper customer service.

Home town doctor who knows his stuff. Caring warm physician who I would highly recommend. He reminds me of my childhood pediatrician (Dr. Beasley, Westport, CT) who always took the time to inquire about my overall well being. Dr. Heifler is a gifted healer.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heifler's since he opened his practice. It has been a complete pleasure to deal with him and with his office. Appointments are easy to make and he is always available in an urgent case. Dr. Heifler is very attentive and thorough, spending ample time and never seeming rushed. His follow-up is amazing as he or his office always calls with test results immediately. I have sent my family to him and I recommend him highly.

I have been Dr. Heifler's patient since he opened his Family Practice.
I grew up in a multi-generational medical family.
My grandfather and my father were both MDs.
My mother, sister and sister-in-law are RNs.
I can attest that his knowledge of medicine, and the care given by Dr. Heifler is outstanding. I trust him with my life. He actually cares about his patients and gives personal treatment at it's best.

Dr Heifler has all of the good characterists of a traditional "home town" doctor and is able to do the same good work for his patients with busy every day lives in modern day Montclair. He has a sincere and remarkably kind demeanor and in my opinion thats the best medicine.
