Had a great experience here, friendly knowledgable and quick. And an FYI, bike parts are all very specific and most of the time parts need to be special ordered at any shop. This shop happens to have a cool selection of components and bikes. So glad to have it up this way!

I had an amazing experience! They packed a bike I was going to ship to Italy: the staff was extremely kind, supportive and professional. Also, I checked different bike shops in the area, and Heavy Metal Bike Shop was the chapest by far
