I would not recommend this company even if it were the last parts place on the planet, or the galaxy even. I attempted to place an order for a replacement cover for a Sharp microwave. They would not even place the initial order until they received a check and it cleared. They absolutely refused credit card payments. When I placed an order for a stainless steel cover for a Sharp microwave, they sent in a painted finish one in dark grey. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they were RUDE! Simply answering, "Well, return it." They did not acknowledge how to get the correct part sent. They even went as far as blaming my company for giving them an invalid model number. The model number given was right on the microwave. I had to contact Sharp directly and put in a complaint. This was the only way to get Hearth to get their act together, and acknowledge that the part did come in stainless steel. In one good sense (and possibly the only fair thing) is that they did send UPS to pick up the wrong part at their expense. However, again we had to send another check for the balance due. We had to wait for the check to clear prior to them ordering anything. I specifically asked them to contact me and confirm receipt of the wrong part and the check; they never did. I contacted them; they rushed me off the phone, rudely saying “they got it.” I tried asking them “when should we receive the new part?” They answered, “When it gets here.” I had to ask, “Well, will you contact me when you receive it?” They answered, “Yeah.” Well, after a week of no contact, I tried calling again (on 08/22/12) for status, and I was barraged with: “the parts girl isn’t here; I can’t tell you the status, call tomorrow.” The person was screaming at me! Now that we finally received this part, and only because we were financially committed did I continue with this nonsense, I will NOT EVER deal with Hearth M.W. Oven EVER again! I WARN STAY AWAY!!!
