I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. VIDAL ON MONDAY 05/23/2016 @ 10:00AM. WHEN I GOT THERE THE DR. ASKED ME IN AND BEGAN ASKING ME QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW MANY TIMES MY CAT URINATES I WASNT SURE I REPLIED ITS NOT LIKE KNOWING HOW MANY TIMES A DOG DOES HIS BUSINESS, HE ASKED ME HOW OLD WAS MY CAT I REPLIED 12 OR 13YRS OLD, I ALSO STATED MY WIFE KNOWS ANSWERS BETTER HE REPLIED I DONT HAVE TIME FOR U TO CALL HER, MIND YOU I WAS THE FIRST ONE N ONLY ONE THERE. DURING HIS QUESTIONS HIS POSTURE WAS CHANGING AS IF I WAS WASTING HIS TIME, I BECAME ANGRY N ASKED HIM ARE U REFUSING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO MY SICKLY CAT, HE REPLIED YES GET OUT OF HIS OFFICE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, IMAGINE IF HE WAS A REAL DR. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WENT TO ANOTHER VET, WAS ASKED 1 QUESTION N THAT WAS THAT THEY TOOK CARE OF MY CAT ASAP. MY CAT HAS KIDNEY CRYSTALS N HE HAD TROUBLE URINATING N THE DR. KEPT HIM OVER NIGHT N USED CATHETER TO DRAIN HIS FULL BLADDER. MY CAT IS HOME NOW WITH SPECIAL DIET N ANTIBIOTICS. I AM REPORTING DR. VIDAL TO WHOM EVER I CAN. PLUS HE WAS PROBABLY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE HIS ENGLISH WAS GARBAGE N HE COULDN'T ARTICULATE HIMSELF WITH N ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON.

I've been with Dr. Briones before he opened his shop. He made a house call to my house. He is a caring and gentle doctor. I had two (2) senior fur babies (cats) at the time and he performed dental surgery on one (1]) my boy god rest his soul Kittymama and things went great. I also went back a few times after the surgery and was always pleased with the experience and outcome.

My dog received excellent service! She is a senior dog and was in pain. His staff gave me an appointment right away. The Doctor made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and explained in detail what was happening with my dog. Move over The Doctor even sketched out a diagram for me! I new my dog was is very capable hands!

I went to him last year and hated him and went again recently and hated him. I only went back because he is 2 blocks from my house and my cat does not travel well. He seemed to only be after my money. He either refused to listen to what I was saying or his English was too poor to understand. Even though he said she had an infection, I had to BEG him for antibiotics. She is also in pain, due to her infection, but me mentioning pain killers, multiple times, elicited no response from him. His bedside manner was very dismissive and condescending towards me and he kept on suggesting, over and over again, that I agree to pricey testing for things I didn't come in for.
