They contradict themselves and don't want to take patients. I've spent 2 days trying to schedule an appointment for an MRI with authorization in hand and they won't do it. Different information from different people. Also, I see a neurologist there. I do not recommend targee street. The Brooklyn office is a lot better. The staff is nicer. Dr. Shum's PA tells me one thing in an appointment and another on the phone. She was rude and it was uncalled for.

The worst experience ever! Changed my fathers medication that he usually gets and we called 6 different pharmacies and they didn't have it so we had to return to get another prescription only to wait over two hours at the pharmacy because it's not an approved medicine...now we're still waiting at the pharmacy my father is in extreme pain and no word from the dr about another prescription.
