I honestly NEVER write reviews, Christ I barely ever even go out of my way to respond to or read my emails but this has GOT to be the top 2 (not even 5, top 2) WORST experiences of my entire life. Let me start off my saying I've never even stepped a foot in this place. I was referred here by the IDRC a program. I was told they should have my paperwork in the computer, apparently they don't have computers (says the man on the phone). I have the IDRC program fax my paperwork over, after another week the gentleman on the phone proceeds to tell me that they don't have a fax machine either. Another week and a half go by waiting for snail mail to hand deliver hard copies of my paperwork. I receive a call that they finally received my paperwork. I called back for a week and half and they kept asking to leave a voicemail, it's now been 4 weeks and when I finally get a hold of them, the man I've been talking to for the past 4 weeks tells me they don't even work with the IDRC and I'm calling the wrong place. He says it was all a mistake and I'm the one who must be crazy. 4 ...... 4!!!!! Weeks ! Im going for a mandatory evaluation and let me tell you, I've never heard of a drug and alcohol counseling center that DRIVES PEOPLE TO DO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL BECAUSE AFTER THIS EXPIERENCE I MIGHT NEED A DRINK AND A HIT. Jesus Christ. Do NOT use this center. Seriously.
