Headquarters Salon

I have been going to Lori since 1990 & HQ since she's been there. Both my daughters have been going there since they've had hair to cut. Everyone in the place is nice & excellent. Nancy T is excellent also & did my daughters hair for her prom. There is another young lady in there who also cut my daughter's hair & we were happy with her too. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The owner is very nice, so are the other people in the place, inc their receptionist/s, most everyone says hello to us.

Whomever wrote that bad review is probably someone who isn't happy with anything & that's their problem. I bet they write bad reviews for everything...

I beg to differ.I have been a happy satisfied customer of headquarters hair salon for years i have always walked out pleased with whatever service i received, the employees are very nice, down to earth and welcoming. Clearly the person who wrote this review wouldn't know a good hairdresser if it smacked her in the face. In my opinion for a young girl Nancy T happens to be one of the best in her industry and is very successful and the boss happens to be a warm welcoming man who has always gone out of his way to say hello and seem as if he appreciated my business . The review is meant to comment on what you think of a business not on the appearance or weight of a particular person, shame on you sounds as if you are the one with weight issues and insecurities due to your screen name "fatnthin". Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, mine is Headquarters Salon is a great choice, you will always leave happy and if your not they will be more than accomadating to fix whatever the problem may be and the prices are very reasonable. Clearly whoever wrote the comment above is a miserable person who gets joy out of knocking others.

Be very, very careful here. Be extra cautious who you chose to cut or color your hair. Stay away from some lunatic named Namcy T. There are two people named Nancy---this one is a young chunky girl with half of her hair blond and the other half brown---so you know already---if she thinks that is nice...BEWARE.
Sit there and watch and see who you like. The owner is a old arrogant crone---completely arrogant and unfriendly---one would think the owner would be friendly, say hello---not this complete idiot. Watch out. Diane is all right, but watch her too.
