Ladies on the phone setting up my appoitment we're extremely friendly and gave me all the information I needed. The technician that came out to my house knows his stuff to the T ! Love my new system. HD Water was absolutely amazing! Beware of other scammers like AquaPro/AquaEdge in the tri-state area that promise you a water conditioning system for thousands less and offer you 5 years of free cleansers. I called Home Depot and they got back to me immediately and hooked me up with HD Water. Everything happened very quickly, professionally and correctly!! Steve the salesman was awesome, Ron the technician was great and Allen, the foreman was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. These guys, like prior experiences with Home Depot contractors, are model companies that take pride in their workmanship and will return to rectify ANY issues pertaining to their installation. THANK YOU HD WATER!! Been an ABSOLUTE pleasure!!
