The staff was friendly; however, my appointment was not taken into consideration, and service to my car took +3 hours (Oil change, tire rotation, and quick replacement of a part in my headlights). It is a common occurrence. Typically it takes a minimum of 3 hours for simple car service.

I asked that the Volt Badges be looked at because the are peeling off again for the fifth time. On my service slip it says no problem found. I asked the Service Manager and the Sales Manager to look at them because they are lifting off again. Both were nasty saying there is nothing wrong with them and that GM would not replace them again. I stopped at an independent body shop on my way home about 1 hour after this visit and the technician noted the Volt is peeling off. Thank you for such poor customer service the opposite of all those signs you have - you should take them down. Neither the sales dept, service dept is worth a revisit for repair or car purchase.
