Hawthorne Car Wash

I am very upset with the service, they took off the antenna and never replace it. I notice after I left when the radio keep loosing the reception, I call several time but the phone number they provide is a fax machine. Totally unacceptable. Will never go back.

Just had my car washed. I think they were very slow to do very little! I just got home and had to re-do all the windows, not to mention dust the backseat.

Very poor results for a very high price.

Don't go there unless you want to risk having your car damaged. They jam the cars in so close that I got rear ended inside the car wash. I went to speak to the manager who looked at my car and said it was impossible for that to happen. When I threatened legal action he suddenly stopped speaking english. It use to be pretty good, I don't know if they changed ownership but the service is terrible and customer service is non existent.

I paid almost $20 for a full service wash- interior and exterior- 4-5 people cleaning the car. I get in the car and the milk stains were still on the sides and back of the seat. When I point it out they tell me that's only part of the "detailing" package... yet they cleaned the front of the seats???? Same with the cup holders and shift console- they wipe down the doors and dashboard but nothing else? Exactly what was included in this full service that I paid for then that I wouldn't have gotten in the basic?

I went early Sunday afternoon. Total time was less than 15 minutes. Facility is clean & kid friendly. Excellent customer service and quality wash too! 5 star place!!
