I recently took quotes and eventually had Hastings Roofing re-do a large area of my roof of my home in Dobbs Ferry. Dennis was my estimator and I liked his personality, he was quick in diagnosing our leak and explaining how they would go about repairing. He offered a lower priced temporary repair and then a more full repair. After a bit more questions and then my own research, I chose the full repair. I had ice damning along a living room wall, which caused major leaking after snowstorms. They answered quickly with their estimate, sent it in writing, and kept in touch. Other quotes I received were the same price more or less, and it was a bit of a coin toss, but I had a gut feeling and went with Hastings. The crew arrived as scheduled and began working hard right away. They were very neat and took precautions to not damage any of my property or landscaping. After ripping off the shingles, they handled a change in plans very well, when I decided that i wanted all the plywood ripped off and redone as well. Thea additional price was very fair and the workers were true professionals. i was amazed watching them dance along my roof joists while holding huge pieces of wood - and they were very detail oriented. I work in interior renovations and was able to really analyze their quality, and was very happy with it. These guys are on top of their game and know what they are doing. I will definitely call them again when I need more roof work. - Andrew Hosh
