We are a well known manufacturer of automatic material handling equipment for the corrugated packaging industry and ship our equipment worldwide. We regretfully used Harvest Transport Company from Newark, NJ on one occasion on May 15, 2013 to deliver some of our equipment loaded into 40' Containers from the New York Terminal Yard to a customer of ours located in the Philadelphia area. The driver of Harvest Transport crashed into our customers dock causing over $8,200 in damage. The President of Harvest Trans, Mr. Jeff Song promptly advised us on reviewing the photos in an email that same day "Please be advised that Harvest Trans will be responsible for the damage". Eight months later he dodges all emails and phone calls and has refused to settle the matter. Hence we would not recommend this companies services to anyone.
