Fantastic and beautiful park with big and wide trails, with some going down to the coast lone. Beautiful views, peace and quiet. There are benches and picnic tables all around which is great.

Best spot in Monmouth County to go hiking, biking, dog walking. There are easy trails all the way to black diamond. Everyone you come across is very friendly. Whatever level of fitness you're at it this place will achieve the goals you set forth for yourself.

Grew up in Highlands back in the 50s 60s when this park was a Base just up the road from our house . its on my bucket list to visit. Havent been back since 63

Hills, nature, near the water, has paved paths as well as trails. This is one of my favorite places to run and mtb with my dog and friends. Not quite good for a beginner unless your ok going slow.
If you're a jogger or a mtb rider this is the place to go.

Fantastic views, bike trails. The shoreline experience at Rocky Point offers fantastic views of the Navesink River and steep cliffs!
