he has a hand problem and tries to sexually harass girls.

I had a very bad experience with this mechanic.

about a year ago I took my car for an inspection after not driving it for a year. They told me that I needed to replace the rotors a various other parts to the car before it could pass an inspection citing the elements caused wear and tear.
I paid them roughly 900$ to replace these parts and then they inspected the vehicle and did not pass due to a faulty catalytic converter.

When I ask the mechanic "Red" why he did not assess this before fixing all that other stuff he gave me some excuse. Then I asked him how much would it cost to fix the issue and he wanted to charge me 300$ more dollars and then stated that it would pass the inspection.

I refused to pay the additional charge because;

1. it should have been looked into first.
2. I had already put so much money out for repairs
3. this issue was nothing new and year after year they claimed they "fixed" the problem only for it to return around inspection time.

So after complaining the mechanic "Red" stated he'd fix the problem and I could pick the car up the next day.

So the next day I picked up the car and the minute I started the car I notice something was wrong but drove it home.
I called the owner harry and explained that something was wrong and he stated it sounded like an internal engine issue and that I would have to pay more money to get it fixed and that was not going to happen.

In the end I discovered that they "DELIBERATELY" damaged my engine because I complained about having to pay more money.
And ultimately the car was finished as a result of what these criminals had done.

Harry and his associates are lowlifes who should be shutdown, if you engage them and have a bad experience my advice is to report them to the department of consumer affairs so that way they can be investigated.

Otherwise avoid this establishment at all cost because what you pay in the end will not be worth it.

Acts like Alabama in the 50's wake up racist your in a black neighborhood if you don't like us break out.

Don't ever take your car to Harry's Service Center unless you want to get scammed, robbed and have used parts (which they will charge you as if they were new) placed in your car. My grandmother took her car here to get her muffler replaced and instead of replacing the old muffler with a new muffler from the dealership, Harry and his goons plugged in a QuietFlow muffler that is not compatible with the rest of the exhaust system in the car. These fake mechanics also caused body damage to the car and when I went to report it the very next day, the owner "Dirty Harry" denied everything. They charged my grandmother $350 for this job and told her that they had ordered the muffler from the dealership but in reality the muffler that they did buy cost $125 which means that they made a profit of $225 supposedly on labor. Most importantly, they lied to my granny. The car sounded worst than when it had the cracked muffler. I reported it to my auto insurance co. and Harry has been avoiding their calls. Please be warned, do not throw away your money at this con man's shop!!!!
