This place a scam I was charged 2000.00 for a patio set and was told within a week it should arrive. I called the place after I never received a phone call they could not find my order number and they where completely ignorant and did not care that they had lied to me. They told me that the items I was sold are not available anymore. I said why would you charge me if they are not in the computer system!!! They refunded me back and did not bother to apologize or say something that would make sense . They are very unprofessional people and a big scam. Beware of them.

We went there looking for Christmas trees with a coupon we had from the Bergen clipper but when we went there, they had no Christmas trees as advertised and when we showed them the coupon from Bergen Clipper they said they were out of stock all they had was like $499 $599 $799 Christmas trees. They fool customers by getting them there with their false advertisements in Bergen clipper and when you get there they play games and convince people to buy whatever they have in store at the super inflated price. Waste of time and gas going there. Not worth at all.

It would be nice of them to stay in business. I purchased a top-of-the-line Jacuzzi and was told that since they've been in business for x-many years they're not going anywhere soon ... then they closed. No support, accessories, etc. to be had for my $13,000 tub.
They're back (last I checked), but the showroom looked notably depressing: empty shelves, sad-looking employees, high prices. I want them to succeed, but have a bad feeling.
