Harrison Station

I were the 2nd resident of this complex (the first one was property manager) back to Nov of 2011. Leasing office clerks were so kind such that let me move in 1 or 2 weeks earlier than normal schedule.
It was very clean and very new place, and the swimming pool, amenity room as well as gym rocked. If your room's close enough to amenity room then you probably don't need a WiFi. In short, a lot of good memory out there when I just begun my American dream.

And yet again, all roads leading to my apartment are blocked.. Soccer night is a nightmare for the residents of this building. I cant go home to sleep.. And the construction around this residential wakes you up at 6 am everyday with the drilling noise... Its getting ridiculous.. The parking tag the management gives you, is not recognized by the cops.. And the mgmt charges you a fee if you lose it.. If you plan to move into this building.. Do yourself a favor.. Dont rent it..

Apart from location there is nothing good about these apartment. The appliances are very bad, and make as much sound as the construction work being done outside. There are ducts below AC will easily bring your electricity bill to north of
200 per month. One of the main entry doors is most of the times out of order.

Also during Sandy the apartment management didn't provide any emergency arrangement unlike most of the "luxury" apartments. The parking garage is walk of around quarter mile from the main building.

The rent here for 1 bedroom is 1700 per month, which I think should be around 1200 (700 for the quality of apartment + 500 for location).

Also there is NO HEATED swimming pool as given in the advertisements. Also you should put your delicate cloths in the dryer only if you really hate them, as chances are that they won't come out in one piece.

Brand New building. I love to stay here. I liek the kitchen alot. Its modern and very spacious.
The best thing is it is so close to Harrison Path Station that from station it takes just 3 mins to enter into the building. Also the management is so nice. THey listen to your problem. I usually put my problem online and till the time I reach home they fix it.... WOw!! thats cool...

The only problem is the swimming pool. Its not that big as it appears on their website. They have very small pool with a depth of 3 feet only. Area is also small.

But other than that rest is good. Overall its a nice place to live at reasonable price.
