The staff in unhelpful and consider the patrons outright illiterate. They have a ridiculous policy of borrowing only 3 items on a card, unless and until all items are returned one cannot borrow anything else. It is as if they do not want any circulation on purpose. The library is only for people who would like to use computers and children.
