It's a great store to look around and get some coffee, maybe shop for clothes. But the real bike store to get work done on your motorcycle is in long island city, queens.

Really great merchandise sales people but really 47 dollars for a tshirt...I understand city prices but highway robbery is in call

Professional sales people, would make you feel very comfortable

Went with my wife to the HD store was really excited until I went to the downstairs showroom and asked an older gentelmen who said he was an experienced rider and rode all year round but when I asked him if he could talk to me about a particular bike ( A beautiful CVO) sitting just to the left of his work station his response to me was "I can't tell you anything about the bikes I just deal with the rentals". Not being able to get any info on the bike i liked (and may buy) I went upstairs to buy a key chain but returned downstairs to use the restroom where I found the man being incredibly helpful to another gentelmen, he even allowed him to sit on the bikes which after his response to me I didn't dare ask to do (sit on the bikes) The man wouldn't even get out of his chair to see the bike i was enquiring about. Miss Erin and her team upstairs was excellent and if I do return to this Harley Davidson dealer it will be because of their professionalism. Never brought the key chain I didn't feel comfortable spending my money here.

Had amazing time in this store. You can buy all stuff of Harley under one roof. In basement they have show room.
