Went here on a whim and the technician cut too deep on my toe and I got a infection. The nail tech cut away at the cuticle on my pinky until that got infected. Both had to be treated with antibiotics. Highly annoyed. Never went back.

I went to go get my eyebrows waxed and they sat me in a rolling chair and waxed them in front of the whole store. They were rude and the woman who waxed me did a horrible job.

Never had a problem with service there. the technicians Helen and LiLi are always very sweet. Excellent pedi, nails and waxing. it is decently priced and will continue to go there.

For the price you pay for a pedicure... You would think you get a descent polish. The lady that did my feet was horrible. She was very rough on my feet and the polish job was crapy. I can polish my own feet and it will look better than what she did... I miss Brooklyn nail salons. I would never go back.
