I went with a groupon for a wax, Tiara's performance was very professional. I also loved the decor.

Very nice, clean spa. Staff was very friendly and attentive., especially the esthetician who did a Brazilian wax on me. She was very pleasant, professional and made me feel comfortable. It was quick.

Sasha is still on the crosstown bus at 1PM so she calls in, says she'll be late.
"Oh, how late?" "No later than 1:15" "oh, OK because she's booked and so you'll have to reschedule." "Oh, I'll be there."
Geez how many ungroomed vajayjays need grooming on a Friday afternoon?

Anyway I was made to wait until 1:25 though I was there at 1:05. Um, what?

Besides that all was swell! There's a yoga place in here too and the stretches Cynthia makes you do while waxing your hooha you'll understand why.

She's thorough. Professional. And really does the job well! Will I be returning? Sure thing! Once my mind gets over the pain I put my lovely vajayjay through (4-6 wks), sure!

This place is wonderful. From the friendly greeting you get when you enter, to the beautiful, clean and calm atmosphere, to the professionalism of the staff (Carly), my first experience at Harlem Skin Clinic will not be my last. I found them through Groupon and was thrilled to see they had high ratings online. I went in the most uncomfortable physical condition I can imagine, being 10 months pregnant, and they accommodated and pampered me. I really loved them and cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent place and caring staff - they are opening a place in Queens soon with laser hair removal I cant wait!!!
