John has handled several apartment rentals for me and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I live in California so I’ve really depended on him not just to manage the process, but also to make judgment calls on who would be great tenants. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision to rent. On the contrary, he’s been more than willing to make the extra effort, and take the extra time, to ensure that it’s a good fit for all concerned. A couple of the rentals turned out to be more complicated than expected (for example, tenants suddenly couldn’t move out for 2+ months due to their mortgage falling through) and he handled everything and everyone with integrity and efficiency, continued to show the apartment, and gave me good advice on how to proceed. My tenants have also told me that they really appreciated the way he handled the rental process, and his lower broker fee was also a plus.

John is our neighbor and it just seemed natural to ask him to find us new tenants when our current tenants were relocating to Atlanta. Our positive feeling was reinforced by his professionalism and knowledge of the rental market. He kept us posted about each step of the process. Most importantly, his integrity and diligence was above and beyond what we have experienced previously. He found us lovely tenants and we will have no "gap" between move out and move in, which is important for us. We would certainly use John again if we had a vacancy in our building.
