Dr Clement had been providing top care to my 2 boys. She may seem conservative but her judgement his excellent and she ensures that diagnosis is made early . She has an excellent multidisciplinary approach .

Absent doctor if your child is sick, but ok doctor if your child is healthy:
If you are looking for a pediatrician that only provides conveniently located regular check-ups but you shouldn't rely on when your kid is sick, look not further:
My son had a very bad cough so we made an appointment with this person, who used to be his pediatrician.
The appointment was made for the next day at noon. After 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room, I find myself with a tired and hungry toddler and being told that we had to keep on waiting. His very bad cough keeps on taking a toll on him to the indifference of the doctor. We were explained that it's because of "newborns" that take a long time.
Well, I don't see how having a toddler with pneumonia (as another dedicated and efficient doctor later diagnosed correctly just based on the sound of the coughing that Dr Clements totally missed) coughing for hours in the common room shared with those same newborns is beneficial to them.
To make it even more surreal, the doctor had time meanwhile to engage in long "small talk" with people that drop by to say hello, and hand in a cheap bouquet of flowers that she couldn't resist wasting time examining. So imho Dr Clement is not as familiar with pneumonia as the other doctor is nor understand how contagious it can be. Receiving newborns in a setting full of pneumonia germs is not something that one should take with the tranquility and calm needed to smell flowers imho.
In conclusion, it's ok to go to Dr Clement for regular check ups and vaccines, but if something urgent or that requires more knowledge comes up (like diagnosing pneumonia at an early stage), then look for somebody more knowledgeable and with proper time management skills when it comes to setting appointments and time management.
BTW After this episode I went online and checked reviews. To my dismay there's a pattern of dedicating time the wrong way: tons on the 1st visit, none when the kid is sick (even in cases in which only a very quick diagnosis and a fast prescription is needed). A mom with a baby with ear infection had exactly the same experience as I had and the same recommendation: just check-ups and vaccines if it's conveniently located for you. But have a real doctor at hand for when a diagnosis and a prescription are needed (treatment of ear infections and pneumonia shouldn't be delayed imho).

My daughter had been seeing Dr Clement since her release from the hospital, (almost 3 years ago). I love Dr Clement. She s always available, any time. Superb service. Her partner Dr. Phang is also very helpful.

Dr. Christopher Phang has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was an infant (she's 4 now). We think he's great. He has a lovely bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. He makes it all seem easy. My daughter will give him a hug goodbye even after an injection! His partner, Dr. Clement, was been great when we haven't been able to see him. Clean office. Helpful staff.
