I called this car service to make a complaint and instead of being listened by dispatcher, the dispatcher insulted me. This company has no customer service! The cab I took had a bad ciggarette smell and wanted to overcharge me. Never again!

Terrible customer service. Price is ok but really bad attitude from the agent on the other side of the phone.
